Airport Pickup Instructions

You will go through the terminal to collect your luggage located in the lower section of the building located between doors 3 and 4.
Time can vary from 20-40 minutes or longer depending on Airport personnel, peak hours, and baggage unloading times.
Billings Logan International Airport has recently changed pick up regulations for guests arriving at the terminal.
- Terminal Door 4: When you exit the Terminal, you will need to turn right. Once on the sidewalk, I will be parked in either Lane 1 or Lane 2 to the West of Door 4.
- Lane 1 and Lane 2 are the ONLY pick up lanes allowed at Billings Logan.
- I will be driving one of two vehicles. Stock photos of each are posted below.

For any changes to your scheduled reservation, contact me as soon as possible. All changes are subject to availability in my schedule. I understand that flights can be delayed, canceled, or rerouted. I will do my best to be flexible and assign a different driver if needed to receive you at the airport. (Fees may apply to changes or cancellations with less than 24 hours left before your original reservation time)
Please beware of airport scammers, they can mislead you in terms of my location at the Airport. Please give me a call directly for further assistance. Don't let anyone make the call for you. I will never ask my guests to take a taxi.
