Where do I go after disembarking?

You will go through the terminal to collect your luggage located in the lower section of the building located between doors 3 and 4.

How much time does it take to go through this arrival process?

Time varies from 20-40 minutes or longer depending on Airport personnel, peak hours, and baggage unloading times.

Where will I meet Trailhead Shuttle & Transport?

Billings Logan International Airport has recently changed pick up regulations for guests arriving at the terminal. 

• Terminal Door 4: When you exit the Terminal, you will need to turn right. Once on the sidewalk, I will be parked in either Lane 1 or Lane 2 to the West of Door 4. 
• Lane 1 and Lane 2 are the ONLY pick up lanes allowed at Billings Logan. 
• I will be driving a white Ford F-150 Limited. 
• Montana license plate number: ECX562

How do I make changes before my scheduled reservation?

For any changes to your scheduled reservation, contact me as soon as possible. All changes are subject to availability in my schedule. I understand that flights can be delayed, canceled, or rerouted. I will do my best to be flexible and assign a different driver if needed to receive you at the airport. (Fees may apply to changes or cancellations with less than 24 hours left before your original reservation time)
