Helpful FAQs

  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • Advance payment can be made, however, if you need to cancel your reservation, there will be a deduction in the refund amount of 5% to cover fees paid to process the payment.
  • Preferred payment methods: Cash | Venmo | CashApp
  • Credit cards can be processed by using my Square online storefront. 
  • Each driver is an independent contractor and has their own unique Venmo or CashApp ID so that you will be able to tip them directly for their services.

  • You are more than welcome to cancel your reservation at anytime by calling or messaging (406) 855-0037
  • If the cancellation happens within 24 hours of your reservation start time, you will be billed a fee that is equal to 20% of the ride price.
  • IN ADDITION TO A 20% CANCELLATION FEE: Last minute cancellations & no-shows will be subject to a prepayment requirement for future reservations.

Billings Airport
  • The Billings Airport has recently changed where they allow Shuttle & Rideshare drivers to pickup passengers.
  • The pickup area is located just outside of Door 4.
  • When you exit the terminal, please turn right and head up the sidewalk a bit. 
  • Lane 1 & Lane 2 are the ONLY designated lanes to pickup in. 
  • Your assigned driver's name, vehicle, and license plate number will be listed in the confirmation text message prior to your scheduled pickup.

Bozeman Airport
  • When you exit the Terminal through the Arrivals doors, please walk across the taxi lanes to find the vehicles that are parked nose in facing the terminal.
  • Each area is designated by Zones.
  • Your driver will message you when they arrive as to which Zone they are parked in. 
  • Your assigned driver's name, vehicle, and license plate number will be listed in the confirmation text message prior to your scheduled pickup.

For any changes to your scheduled reservation, contact me as soon as possible. All changes are subject to availability in my schedule. I understand that flights can be delayed, canceled, or rerouted. I will do my best to be flexible and assign a different driver if needed to receive you.
